CONSTITUTION
The company ROPU S.A. was incorporated on 26 June 1985, with identification number A58019308. With registered office at 38660 Playa de las Américas (Arona) - Connection with Los Cristianos -Tenerife.
SOCIAL OBJECTIVE
El Social Objective of ROPU S.A. is based on the following points:
- The construction, purchase and sale, lease, sublease, installation, direct or indirect exploitation of residential houses, industrial or business premises, flats or catering establishments, all of them with or without furniture and furnishings.
- The investment of capital in all kinds of Spanish and foreign real estate or tourism companies or businesses, being able for this purpose to acquire rural and urban properties and exploit them on a sharecropping or leasing basis; build and reform buildings, plots of land, estates and develop them, plant and transform crops, manufacture and exploit their products, carry out irrigation and drainage works, establish establish establishments and dispose of or lease plots of land, plots of land and real estate in general, carry out all kinds of real estate or tourism-related disposal, acquisition, encumbrance or exploitation operations. All of the above directly or in collaboration or participation with other companies or companies or individuals.
- The development, purchase and sale of land and the urbanisation, construction, leasing and sale of urban and/or tourist complexes, both en bloc and under the horizontal property regime. Express exclusion is made of the business or professional activity of financial leasing, real estate agency and any specific sectors of activity which, although they may be understood generically to be included in this object, are attributed exclusively to certain entrepreneurs or professionals, in accordance with special legislation.
- Comprehensive teaching of all types of education, occupational and vocational training, seminars, conferences, language courses, typing, exam preparation and competitive examinations. Recruitment of qualified teachers. The acquisition, purchase, sale and lease of premises for teaching. Contracting with any public or private entity, whether by concession or any other form, at local, provincial, autonomous or state level, in order to develop the aforementioned corporate purpose.
- The activity of tourism intermediation, mediation in the sale and organisation of tourism services, marketing and mediation in the sale of trips, tickets and excursions.

AID DIRECT COST SUPPORTED BY IBI 2021
Decree-Law 10/2021, of 22 July (BOC nº 151, of 23.7.2021), regulates the direct granting of subsidies aimed at covering the cost of the Real Estate Tax borne by companies owning tourist accommodation establishments in the Canary Islands, affected by the crisis resulting from the COVID-19 pandemic: 27,645.48€
